TACTICAL FITNESS
A Dream is only a dream until you go for it. Coach Dan and Yogini Krystal had a dream once, but it was way too dirty to share here. The other dream they had was to have a fitness space that spoke to the veteran community. As veterans themselves, they never felt comfortable in normal gyms or yoga studios. They never felt like they could really be themselves. One day, the skies opened up and they looked at each other and said "F*** it, let's open our own gym where people like us can feel at home." So thats what they are doing.
On this site, you can get your f****** Zen on, get a bad a** workout and support the mission of opening a gym for the disgruntled vets like us.
On-Demand Training
We are located at Valley West Mall in West Des Moines, Iowa! We have our own outdoor, private entrance! We offer one on one training. This means, we work with you to schedule your sessions around your time! Check out our packages HERE and contact us!

We try really hard to update this site... but life gets in the way. So many people have been visiting and thats AMAZ-BALLS! So we needed to set up an update on here! We will try to do better if you keep on keeping on!
