About the event
Join Coach Erin for a mixed level run group, lasting 1-1.5 hours. This run will meet at Ashworth pool parking lot. We are running central trails. This run will be on the non-paved trail. There is NO SET PACE, runs will be adjusted to make sure no one is left behind. Drop in rates are $15/run or you can purchase a 10 punch card for $120, good for Fitness, Yoga, Tac Tease AND Run Group!
