About the event

Join Coach Erin for a mixed level run group, lasting 1-1.5 hours. This is a paved trail trun and doggo friendly! Locations will vary because running the same route every day is boring AF. Location will come via email from Coach Erin prior to the run.  Drop in rates are $15/run or you can purchase a 10 punch card for $120, good for Fitness, Yoga, Tac Tease AND Run Group!
