Details from Dawn: Starting the first Monday in February I'm teaching a modified for your body ( and mine) a series of Basic Hula Hooping Classes. This is a perfect class if you have injuries or need to sit but still want to move your body.

I didn't find hoop dancing until I was in my 30's and that little escape weekend to Kansas City with a group of pals solidified it. I would always find my way back to the hoop.
