SURPRISE! Yogini Krystal is hosting another Messy Yoga Class. No need to bring a mat. We'll be yoga-ing on big ole strips of cloth with paint! And you'll get to take your masterpiece home with you! So make sure you wear something you can get messy in and that may not come completely clean. (Showers are available if you need them after class, or grab some baby wipes and toss on some new clothes.) This class will not be a sweat & stretch class, HOWEVER, Sweat & Stretch Members get a deep discount. We are limiting this class to 10 people! So sign up today to get #ZenAF & #MessyAF
