About the event
Join Coach Erin for a mixed level run group, lasting 1-1.5 hours. Locations will vary because running the same route every day is boring AF. There is NO SET PACE, runs will be adjusted to make sure no one is left behind. Meeting at Tac Fit OR the option for a Virtual Run. $15 drop in rate, or sign up for a Sweat & Stretch membership in house, good for all classes!
Starter- 6 classes/month $50
Sore- 12 classes/month $100
Strong- 20 classes/month $150
Swole- Unlimited classes $200
