9am Run Club

Join Coach Erin for a mixed level run group, lasting 1-1.5 hours. Locations will vary because running the same route every day is boring AF. There is NO SET PACE, runs will be adjusted to make sure no one is left behind.  Drop in rates are $15/run or you can purchase a 10 punch card for $120, good for Fitness, Yoga, Tac Tease AND Run Group!
