About the event
Join Coach Erin for a mixed level run group, lasting 1-1.5 hours. Locations will vary because running the same route every day is boring AF. There is NO SET PACE, runs will be adjusted to make sure no one is left behind. **Must Sign In AT LEAST 2 Hours Prior
$15 drop in rate, or sign up for a Sweat & Stretch membership in house, good for all classes!
Starter- 6 classes/month $50
Sore- 12 classes/month $100
Strong- 20 classes/month $150
Swole- Unlimited classes $200
