Come in and work on prepping for that next Spartan Race. Excercises geared toward helping enchance your OCR training. Coach Dan is the ONLY Spartan Coach in the State of Iowa. Some in and get Spartan Strong while you Train Fucking Harder. $15 drop in rate, or sign up for a Sweat & Stretch membership in house!
